Your request must be made within 14 days of your course access being granted (not your purchase date), and you must have completed all assigned coursework and homework for the first week.

What makes me ineligible for a refund?

You are ineligible if you haven't completed the required coursework, you're requesting outside of the 14-day window, or you've violated any terms of your enrollment agreement.

What proof of homework do I need to submit?

You need to submit a completed document that includes 50+ saved videos. You can download the template provided or use your own format, complete all required sections, and upload your finished file.
